Michelle Pfeiffer stars as Beth Cappadora, a mother of three, and a successful photographer. Her life is turned upside down when her three-year-old son Ben disappears during their high school reunion. Despite a police investigation, there is no sign of her missing son, and Beth's family life rapidly deteriorates.
