This week, the contestants' temptation is food. After being quizzed on their favourite dishes, they head to an autopsy room for a wake-up call.

In the next challenge, the players must pull three food trucks over 600 feet, before taking on a Last Chance Challenge - a team-rowing relay.

The hopefuls face a digital challenge, with the winners given either exclusive gym use or unrestricted access to the internet and telephone.

Bob drops a distraction bomb on the contestants before they are challenged with a physical test involving a puzzle with some hefty pieces.

After a challenge involving some serious temptations, the contestants enter a luxury auction, with game-changing items up for grabs.

In the latest challenge of the weight-loss competition, the teams have to pull a boat to shore and row to the finish line.

This week, one player from each team is temporarily sent home. On their return, only their weight will count at the weigh-in.

With all contestants now competing as individuals, they face a new temptation by having absolute freedom in how they spend their time.

The seven remaining contestants receive makeovers and get ready to reveal their new look to friends and family who have been flown in especially.

The remaining players are suspended above water and must keep themselves dry as the rope lowers, with a weigh-in advantage prize at stake.

In the biggest challenge yet, the remaining hopefuls face an uphill race while carrying the total weight they've lost so far.

Before the finalists weigh in for the last time and crown their champion, they are offered one last temptation - but it comes at a price.
