Alicia Silverstone reteams with Clueless director Amy Heckerling for this comedy fangtasy about the romantic ups and downs of a pair of female vampires. Being chic, well-adjusted New Yorkers, Goody (Silverstone) and Stacy (Krysten Ritter) don't feed on humans. But that makes no difference when Stacy falls for Joey Van Helsing (Downton Abbey's Dan Stevens), whose dad (Wallace Shawn) still upholds the fine family tradition of vampire hunting. More tricky decisions have to be made when the vampire who made them (Sigourney Weaver) shows up to remind them of their own heritage. Stakes and the City, anyone?
