Brimming with adventure and detail, this is a worthy sequel to Disney's 1977 hit The Rescuers. As fearless mouse agents Bernard (voiced by Bob Newhart) and Bianca (Eva Gabor) prepare to get married in New York, they are despatched to Australia to rescue an eight-year-old boy who has been kidnapped by a ruthless poacher (George C Scott). While young Cody is in danger, the mission is a matter of life and death for a legendary eagle who is the hunter's real target. Thankfully, the daring duo have their albatross friend Wilbur (John Candy) and a colourful array of locals to rely on, from kangaroos, platypuses and koalas to the rodent world's answer to Crocodile Dundee.
