Hannah Higgins (Julia Stiles) is a smart, driven consultant. To advance the cause of education reform, she runs for Congress - but loses, big-time. Voters just can't warm to her. For the next election she recruits a beer vendor named Elliot Doolittle (David Walton). Elliot's the opposite of prim-and-proper Hannah.
