Peter Hacker, a US Ambassador to Israel, is blackmailed with a videotape of a scandalous affair involving his beautiful wife. If her lover's identity is exposed, it would ruin his efforts at reaching a peace agreement in the Middle East. Only one man, Chief of Security Frank Stevenson, who bravely protects the Ambassador from his enemies, can put a stop to the threat of the blackmailers.
