"Mighty Iron Leg" Sing (Stephen Chow), a garbage-man and Shaolin follower, is looking for new ways to bring the wonders of martial arts to the people. After a string of failed attempts, he comes upon a winning combination using kung-fu skills on the football field. Teaming up with a down-and-out ex-football star, Sing gathers his former Shaolin brothers to put their powers to use on the pitch - despite the fact that none of them know a thing about the beautiful game. With a litle help from a kung-fu fighting baker (Vicky Zhao), the rag-tag team set out to win the coveted China Cup from the nefarious Team Evil.
