A model is killed on a Caribbean island and the body left to be eaten by rats. Trying to find out more, her sister and a friend go snooping on an unknown part of the island and find the locals living in fear of a terrible rat man. When the friend kills him, the true horror is just beginning. Does anyone smell a rat?
