Lizzie goes to Harvard to study journalism but she suffers from depression. When her drug-fuelled writing binges and emotional instability alienate her from her roommate and lovers she sees a counsellor who prescribes wonder drug Prozac. But Lizzie feels the pills are running her life and she has tough choices to make.
