Nevadan, The (1950) A U.S. Marshal (Randolph Scott) goes undercover in a federal prison to learn where an imprisoned thief (Forrest Tucker) has stashed a small fortune in stolen gold. When the two "escape" together, the Marshal is hoping he'll be lead to the stashed treasure. Instead, a greedy rancher (George Macready) and his daughter (Dorothy Malone) complicate matters with their own plans.
