In 1996 a white cop killed a black motorist in St Petersburg, Florida. This episodic drama is set in the aftermath of the ensuring race riots and follows three adolescents trying to make sense of a violent and intolerant world. Punk Jason, auto mechanic Cale and waitress Nicole connect and disconnect.
