When four 40-something college friends - Thomas Jane, Jeremy Piven, Rob Lowe and Christian McKay - meet up for their annual reunion at California's Big Sur things start to spiral out of control. The exhilaration of cocaine-fuelled Porsche races in the desert gives way to self-doubt, self-pity, and worse as the trip takes ever darker turns. The guys might lose their cool but the alt-rock soundtrack never does as director Mark Pellington (Arlington Road, The Mothman Prophecies) takes a long, hard look at the mid-life crisis.
