Ex-fighter Vian McLean (Sean Bean) is fresh from prison after serving a 12-year sentence for killing a man with his bare hands. He goes to live with his sister (Kate Walsh) and her awestruck son Jimmy (Nolan Gross) and manages to get a job in a pizza parlour and begin a romance with a good woman (Eva Longoria). However, darkness is never far away and he has to fight to rebuild his life. Solid redemption drama.
