Emily T. Hope (Alicia Silverstone) stages her own kidnap in a bid to grab her father's attention. However, when her car is stolen by Vincent Roche (Benicio Del Toro), Emily finds herself on the run for real. Matters are complicated when Emily's ex-CIA 'uncle' (Christopher Walken) sets about tracking her down.
