Disney's animated take on Victor Hugo's classic tale features Tom Hulce as the voice of Quasimodo, the deformed bellringer of Notre Dame cathedral who gives sanctuary to a beautiful gypsy, Esmerelda (Demi Moore). Unfortunately, while she is charmed by his gallantry and honour, he faces daily persecution based solely on his ugliness. A heartfelt version that meets Disney's usual standards of animation and storytelling... with bells on.
